How to Keep Your Penis Healthy

Staying healthy is crucial for one's well-being but some parts of our body require more attention than others. When it comes to guys, then keeping your penis in shape is one of the priorities - for various reasons. Most of the guys will say that penis is their most important organ (and who would blame them?), but it is also one of the most sensitive parts of men's body. Every health issue you deal with will directly and strongly affect your penis too. If you are 50 years old and you have kept it safe and maintained, it will have the same sexual performance as it had when you were 30. Inspecting your penis regularly, practicing good hygiene and wearing the right kind of underwear are just some aspects of maintaining your family jewels. However, there are some other actions you can take to keep it in top shape.

Loose Alcohol and Tobacco
A glass of wine may increase your self-esteem and increase libido in men but anything above such a limit will affect your penis. Alcohol will lower your erection power and if you continue drinking too much, it might cause permanent impotence. Tobacco has similar effects because smoking causes clogging of your blood vessels. If your blood can't flow to your penis then it will not be able to reach erection. All surveys show that smokers are twice more likely to have erectile dysfunction which should make you quit this bad habit as soon as possible.

Stay Active
Sitting at home in front of TV or PC is not a good solution for any aspect of your health. On the other hand, exercising or even taking a regular walk every day will significantly improve your general fitness. Regular exercising will increase your blood flow which will unclog any stuffed vessels thus improving your erection.

Eat More Fish - But Not All
Fish is generally rich in omega-3 fatty acids that are quite beneficial for your penis but also for your heart. However, some fish species also contain various toxins that may harm your sperm. For example, dioxins that are found in some species could lower your testosterone. Most of these harmful elements are found in big species or those that are farmed in fishponds. Therefore, it would be wise to avoid fish like farmed salmon, large bluefish, and striped bass. On the other hand, species such as wild salmon, sea bass, or skipjack tuna should be a part of your regular menu.

Minimize Stress and Try to Sleep Well
Stress is harmful to every part of your body and mind and it also has vast negative effects on your sexual health. A stressed organism starts to release higher levels of a hormone called adrenaline. The first effect of adrenaline is narrowing of your blood vessels which will reduce your erection. Sleeping makes your organism rejuvenated and fresh, plus it increases natural shields and defenses that are crucial for your general health condition. If you are exhausted, your penis will know it and it will not perform well. That is why you need to make sure you sleep like a baby.

Keep It Busy
The best way of preserving your penis in form is to exercise regularly. This means you should use it as often as you can, so it would not get rusty. Surveys really show that men who are sexually active have fewer problems with erectile dysfunction as they get older. Hence, be sure to find an appropriate partner that will keep you healthy and happy.

The most common causes of impotent in senior citizens

According to some statistics, about 50% of men that are more than 40 years old suffer from impotent. This percentage is growing as the aging process continues. What is shocking is that most of them are suffering although there is a solution.

Impotence is a very common health problem in men that are more than 65 years old. It can affect the relationship with the family partner and even with the community.

No matter if you are dealing with erectile dysfunction(ed) or you simply want to improve your sexual performance in the bedroom and surprise your partner, you should definitely consider male enhancement pills. But, before you do that, it is also a good idea to check the causes of impotence in the first place.
These causes of impotence in old men can be separated in five categories – pharmaceutical, hormonal, cardiovascular, psychological and neurological. When it comes to specific causes of importance in this category of people we can list few of the most common ones. By learning more about the causes, you will learn how to deal with this problem.

Obesity
Unfortunately, the number of people who are obese in old age is growing. Obesity often leads to diabetes, heart disease and impotent. Since you have more time when you are old, take some time for yourself and your health. Follow the advice of experienced nutritionists, start practicing a new healthy diet and don’t forget to be active. These activities will surely reduce your weight and make you feel better. Of course, it treat impotent as well.

Diabetes
Diabetes is considered to be the main risk factor for the occurrence of impotence/erectile dysfunction(ed) in old men. Problems related to arteries and nerve damage are some of the complications as a result of diabetes. Impotent is present when these damages to the nerves and capillaries are located in the penis. In addition, diabetes is closely related to heart disease and kidney disease which can also increase the chances of erectile dysfunction(ed).

Neurological factors
Diseases that affect the central nervous system can lead to impotence too. Some of these diseases and disorders that are frequent in old men like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease or stroke are on top of this list.

Benign hyperplasia
Benign hyperplasia of the prostate is actually overgrowth of the prostate cells or expansion of the prostate. The frequency of this disease is increasing with the aging process. According to some statistics certain degree of benign hyperplasia is present in 2 out of 3 men a the age of 40 and in more than 90% of men older than 75. It is good to mention that the disease itself doesn’t cause impotence, but the drugs used to treat this disease can lead to side effects linked to erectile dysfunction(ed).

Injuries and physical trauma

Unfortunately, things like injuries and physical trauma are not uncommon in old men. Trauma of the pelvis like pelvic fractures and spinal cord injuries may lead to damage to the nerves which eventually leads to impotence. Soft erection treatment with pills is highly recommended, but only with monitoring and consultation with a specialist.

Maintain Hard Erection By Visiting The Fridge

At one point in your life, waking up with morning wood (hard on) was a simple thing. But did you know that getting an erection is a complicated affair?
Yes; a biomechanical process which needs your body ready to work on three broad fronts without fail. Today; we discover the three most important things that make you develop an erection:

Testosterone: it fuels male arousal. Your body should be able to pump the testosterone at very high, but healthy levels.
Healthy Immune System: a full functioning, strong immune system scrubs off free radicals. Your arteries remain clear and free from inflammation.
Easy Dilation of Blood Vessels: Your blood vessels should dilate easily regulating blood pressure and allowing the free flow of blood.

Easy dilation of blood vessels process is reliant on the production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide coincidentally is the main ingredient in all pharmaceutical soft erection treatment. Nitric oxide is massively present in pills such as Viagra and Cialis.

Soft Erection Diagnosis

To cut a long story short; a healthy heart, translates to a healthy penis. Should you have an impaired cardiovascular system; the health of your penis will be impaired. The reverse is also the truth, as the heart and penis are part of one system.

The above sentiments are echoed by Steven Lamn; M.D clinical assistant at NYU School of Medicine. Steve continues to say in his book “The Hardness Factor”, that endothelial cells lining the coronary arteries are responsible for putting in line all the arteries in your body. The lining includes; arteries that go to the penile region.

Endothelial Cells

These are cells critical for nitric oxide release. A proper nutrition is a key factor influencing the production of nitric oxide. These are findings published in the American Journal of Cardiology.
Many men should consider these results as good news; since Erectile dysfunction sex pills in the market today come with a plethora of side effects such as:
                    Memory Loss
                    Hearing Loss
                    Heartburn
                    Vision Loss
                    Chest Pain

Following a diet of the right foods will help you live well and reverse significant amounts of vascular abnormalities before you are left with no other choice other than medicine.

Before you think of popping sex enhancement pills; it is important that you open up your fridge and forage for foods that will give you a hard erection.

Always aim at the fruits and vegetable, high fibre and grain sections in your fridge. If there is nothing of the sort; throw out the junk and replace it with healthy food.

Consult your doctor about alternative treatment options, which may have the same effects on your condition but that do not cause erectile dysfunction.

For example, the type antihypertensive ACE inhibitors such as Enalapril tend to cause fewer problems in terms of erectile dysfunction than other drugs described SSRI antidepressants. Similarly, Statins for the treatment of high cholesterol are less likely to cause erection problems than Fibrates.

Effective Penis Enlargement Method

Those who are dissatisfied with the size of their penis are often wondering if it is possible to increase the size of the penis. With so many fake penis enlargement products on the market one might think that this is impossible. However, there are few methods that are actually working. These methods were tested and confirmed by experts in this field. According to many of these experts although some pills and exercises can provide effects, the best way to increase the size of the penis is with surgery and stretching devices. However, a sexual machine is not only about stronger erection, it's about a hard erection as well.

Surgeries are probably the most effective, safest and fastest way for penis enlargement. These medical interventions are usually performed in specialized private clinics by doctors who already have experience in this field. However, those who are interested in a surgery should be prepared to spend a large amount of money. The cost of the surgery is very high and that’s not the only disadvantage. Patients should be prepared for possible complications such as infections, bleeding or even penile deformities. There are few types of surgery process used for penis enlargement.

The most popular among them is by incision of the suspensory ligament, which leads to increased size of the penis in a flaccid state. The ligament is there to provide the penis proper position during hard erection (standing still and upward and one of the side effects of this procedure can result in changed penis position during erection (it will be positioned more downward). Another surgery type that is also very popular is a surgery that provides increased volume of the penis by injecting your own fat (or tissue to be more precise) located under the skin of your penis. Of course just like the previous surgery method, this one cannot guarantee successful results and similar side effects and complications can occur.

People have been obsessed with penis enlargement since ancient times. Many of them have used a variety of tools and devices in order to stretch or decrease the penile tissue. But in most cases these methods left long lasting effects on the male genitalia, which was usually accompanied with erectile dysfunctions. Besides that, in many cases the skin of the penis was so damaged that very often they were suffering from infections. Today, with the advance of technology and medicine, there are similar devices but they are now completely safe and do not leave any consequences for those who use them.

According to some stats these devices ensure efficiency in almost 100% of the cases. These devices start working once they are properly placed on the penis. The only thing the user has to do is wear the device for several hours every day. The organ is stretched to its maximum which affects the stretching of the tissue and consequently results in a larger penis. The good thing about these devices is that they are not visible under the pants and the first results can be expected in few months. According to many people that have used these devices, after 4 months of daily use they were able to extend their organs for 0,8 inches.

Whatever method you choose, you must first talk with your doctor (urologist).

Tips To End Premature Ejaculation

You have the best chance to help your partner kick away premature ejaculation if you encouraged him to try the below mentioned tips that also deal with erectile dysfunction. Premature (PE) is basically ejaculating too early and is the most prominent problem than over 78% of men all over the world suffer from.
As important as it is to fully understand physical and emotional consequences which lead to PE, many men look for fix quick processes instead of going for certain techniques which are known. to either slow down or entirely halt PE.

The below mentioned techniques are you can help your partner learn and skills that he can use to lower his sexual response when he takes a dip in your special place. By allowing him to dive in, you are able to do more than try to extend his longevity.
With these techniques, you have the opportune chance of building your relationship and strengthening your intimate connection… let’s get started

Deep breathing
Deep Breathing is a meditation form which goes a long way in helping one control their arousal, tension which are elements that cause early ejaculation. Do your best and see to it that he avoids shallow, short breathes that trigger his heart beat and make him come too early.
See to it that he spends at-least five seconds taking in one huge deep full breath, ask him to hold the breath for 3 seconds and slowly exhale out the breath in 5 seconds. If he is able to practice this method for five minutes without breaking off the rhythm, then he can transfer this skill set into the bedroom.
Again, if the two of you focus on each other’s breath concentrating on every rise and fall, you shall instantly create an intimate connection.

Stop, Start Process
This is an exercise that you should start alone. Allow your partner to masturbate by himself and bring himself close to orgasm and stopping. After he relaxes, he should proceed with bringing himself closer and closer, stopping, relaxing, doing it again until when he is unable to handle it any longer.
By allowing him, to do it by himself without any distraction will help him know where his point of no return reaches. After he is fully aware that he has mastered the technique, now you should start sexual activity session that stops short of intercourse.

Squeezing Process
This is a process that will need one of you to squeeze the penis base at the same time the stop and start process is underway, do it when your partner is at a brink of orgasm. The whole idea is no minimize/slow sown his erection as you squeeze.
Let him do this sequence by his own first, master the technique and finally he will invite you to practice the same with him.

Conclusion

The above mentioned tricks will help your man cure erectile dysfunction, get over premature ejaculation and turn out to be the tiger he was supposed to be in bed…

Causes of Premature Ejaculation

I seriously doubt that there is a single man alive who has not had to deal with premature ejaculation at some time or another. In most cases it is nothing to worry about. It is part and parcel of being a man. Sure, it is something that you probably best want to avoid because for some men it can be quite embarrassing, but when it does happen it is sadly impossible to deal with. If it is only occurring once or twice every so often then you really have nothing to worry about. Some guys suffer this, some may have problem with hard erection, known as erectile dysfunction, and these are more common than you think. If your premature ejaculation seems to be occurring the majority of the time that you have sex then you may want to start thinking about how you can deal with it. On this page I want to talk to you a little bit about what is believed to be the ‘cause’ of premature ejaculation.

Now, it is worth noting that when it comes to premature ejaculation we really do not know what causes it. All we can do is offer ‘best guesses’ on why it occurs. The vast majority of sex experts out there believe that premature ejaculation is the result of early sexual conditioning. This basically means that men, when they first started ejaculating, felt rushed and thus they have continued this feeling throughout the rest of their life.

If you think about it logically, the first time that the vast majority of men will ever climax will be when they masturbate as a teenager. At that time it is likely that you are going to be doing it on a bit of a ‘down low’ and you really do not want to get caught. The result is that you really start to rush yourself. This is a thought that is likely to remain with you throughout the rest of your sexual life. Sure, it is something which can be conditioned away, but it is very difficult to fight in a few cases.

There has been limited amounts of research which seems to point to the fact that premature ejaculation may be the inherited (i.e. genetic) although as you can probably guess, there are very few father and son teams out there who are willing to come forward and say that this is a problem that they are dealing with, so it is unlikely that more research will be placed upon this.

The general idea used to be that anxiety or nervousness tended to be a major contributor towards premature ejaculation. Studies however seem to indicate that this is far from the case. In fact, it is very rare that somebody will ‘finish’ early simply because they are nervous about the situation (unless it is their first time!). I am not going to say that this is something which does not happen, it most likely does, however if you are suffering from premature ejaculation then it is likely to be down to early conditioning as opposed to anything else. As I said though, this is something which can be dealt with quite easily.
